From idea to reality — how 238Creative takes a space from first sketch to handover

    Every space begins with an idea.

    A line on paper, a conversation about how a place should feel. Before anything is built, we draw the plan — the footprint, the circulation, the walking line.

  2. 02 — Design

    Design is only the beginning.

    Architecture, interiors and master planning, resolved into drawings that can actually be built — down to every tread, riser and fixing.

  3. 03 — Engineering

    Because a space takes more than a design.

    Electrical and plumbing, fire protection, CCTV and access control — the systems that make a space work are planned in from day one, not bolted on.

  4. 04 — Build

    One team, under one roof.

    Fit-out and finishing delivered by the same people who designed it — one point of contact, lower risk, faster delivery.

  5. 05 — Detail

    Where it becomes a place.

    Marble, glass, brass and light. Materials and lighting resolved to the millimetre, so the finished space feels the way it was imagined.

  6. 06 — Delivery

    From imagination to reality.

    Design. Build. Deliver. This spiral — 4.8 m across, 24 treads, 4.2 m of rise — is a study in what 238Creative can take from idea to completion.
