Design & Build
A project delivery system whereby 238 Creative provides full design and interior fit out services in-house under one single Turnkey solutions contract.
A design and build contract has the potential to reduce overall project risks and costs, and may also result in earlier completion of a project due to one point of contact.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
238 Creative shall conduct its operations in such a manner as to ensure the Health, Safety and welfare of workers on the project. This includes the Division sta & visitors, Subcontractors, Consultant sta, and the persons aected by its operations.
The Division is committed to the conservation of the environment. The operations of the Division shall be conducted in a manner to minimize any detriment to the environment. Disposal of waste shall be eciently controlled.
The Division shall maintain the safety standards through training and encourage interest and enthusiasm in safe working. The personal Responsibility for the safety rests in line with the management of the Company and safety is considered as prime factor of its duties. Every employee who supervises or directs the work of others shall use his best efforts to assure safety of each employee under his supervi-sion or direction and in addition shall be responsible for the protection of property and equipment within the area of responsibility.
The Division shall comply with all the Laws of the Local Government and in particular to the electromechanical contracting industry and will-ingly co- operate with those responsible for enforcing them.
